Account deletion.
You can permanently delete your Chronica account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Chronica app.
- Open Chronica and go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion warning and confirm.
- Enter your current password when requested.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your Chronica account or its associated data.
Deletion includes your account and associated personal data, including documented life data and account records, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the Chronica app, you can request deletion by contacting us using the email address associated with your Chronica account.
Send an email to privacy@chronica.so with the subject: Chronica Account Deletion Request
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Chronica account so that we can verify the request.
Never send your Chronica password by email.
