Welcome to Chronica. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chronica application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Chronica, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About Chronica

Chronica is designed to help you document your life, record intentions, reflect on experiences, recognize achievements, and visualize the passage of time.

Chronica is a personal reflection and documentation tool. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You must not use Chronica if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Chronica is not intended for children below the minimum age required to use the Service in their jurisdiction.

4. Your Content

Chronica allows you to create and store personal content, including intentions, reflections, achievements, life-day entries, memories, and other information you choose to record ("Your Content").

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Chronica only the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, and otherwise provide the Service to you.

5. Using Chronica Responsibly

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

You must not:

• Use Chronica for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise security mechanisms.
• Upload malicious code or harmful material.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Subscriptions and Paid Plans

Chronica may offer optional paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features or functionality.

The available subscription plans may include:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Yearly: $39.99 per year

Prices may vary by country, currency, applicable taxes, promotions, or platform.

Where offered, a free trial may be available to eligible users. The applicable trial duration, eligibility, and subsequent price will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable app store's subscription management procedures.

7. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchase a Chronica subscription through Apple's App Store or Google's Google Play Store, the purchase is processed by the relevant platform and is subject to that platform's applicable terms, payment rules, cancellation procedures, and refund policies.

Chronica does not receive or store your full payment-card details when purchases are processed through Apple or Google.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the platform from which you purchased it.

8. Free Trials

If Chronica offers a free trial, the trial is available only to users who meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, when a free trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to the applicable paid subscription and renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the trial ends.

The exact trial terms, price, billing period, and renewal conditions will be presented to you before you confirm the subscription.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the app store or payment platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents the next renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google are generally handled according to the applicable platform's refund procedures and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Intellectual Property

Chronica and its software, design, branding, visual elements, trademarks, logos, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to A.G. Strategic Partners Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from the Service or its proprietary materials.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

We work to keep Chronica available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary, including for security, technical, operational, or legal reasons.

12. Disclaimers

Chronica is provided for personal documentation and reflection purposes. The Service does not provide professional advice or guarantee any particular personal, emotional, professional, or other outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chronica is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.G. Strategic Partners Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Chronica where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, our rights, or to comply with applicable law.

You may stop using Chronica at any time.

15. Privacy

Your use of Chronica is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and otherwise process personal information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Chronica, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.
